Rates are based upon 3 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 2 pets for a minimum of 1 month. Pet size and breed restrictions apply. A second vehicle may be permitted depending upon the size of RV space and the size of RV. RVs older than 10 years require approval. Please send pictures of all 4 sides of your RV with your application to Vallejo@montechristomh.com.

Monthly Rates & Security Deposit
$995 per month, plus utilities, and $995 security deposit

We accept money orders, cashier checks or online payments (Debit/ACH).

Cancellation or Changes
RV Sites: Please notify our team by email or phone by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.

Early Departures
30-days notice is required. There are no refunds for early departures.
