FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  • WHAT TYPE OF RV SPACES DO YOU OFFER?
    We offer spaces with full hook-ups available for nightly, weekly, and monthly stays with some pull throughs available. We have both 30 amp and 50 amp spaces. Call for details and availability.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR RV SPACE RATES?
    Nightly stays are $50.00. Weekly stays (7 nights) are $300.00. Monthly stays are $600.00 plus all utilities. Monthly stays require application and approval, rental agreement, and a deposit of $200.00.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
    We accept credit cards for nightly and weekly stays only. Longer stays require payments to be made by check, money order, or cashier's check.

  • WILL YOU TAKE AN OLDER RV?
    We accept older RV's if they are in good condition and repair. If your RV is over 10 years old, we require pictures of all 4 sides to be submitted with your application. If it is a motor home, it has to be able to be driven into the park. If your RV is a towed unit, you must have the ability to tow it or have the financial ability to have it towed. We do require that all black water tanks are kept closed and treated with the appropriate chemicals until full and then dumped. RV's with leaking tanks will not be accepted.

  • DO YOU ALLOW FOR MOVE-INS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH?
    All rents and utilities are due on the 1st, but we are happy to pro-rate the rent and utilities for anyone moving in after the 1st.

  • WHY DO WE HAVE TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION TO GET THE MONTHLY RATE?
    Only those RV tenants whom wish to become month-to-month RV residents or wish to stay with us longer than 3 weeks are required to provide us with information that is similar to renting an apartment or house. We perform thorough background checks on all applicants that wish to join our community.

  • WHY DO YOU WANT A PICTURE ID?
    A picture I.D. verifies that you are who you say you are; and it is always nice to put a face to a name.

  • WHAT IF MY CREDIT REPORT SHOWS I HAVE EVICTIONS?
    All applicants should disclose if you had an eviction, we will review your application and will take the opportunity to ask you about it. An eviction on your application will not automatically deny your application.

  • DO YOU HAVE RV STORAGE?
    We have vehicle storage for $50.00 a month on a first come basis and is available only to park residents. The stored unit must be currently registered and kept clean and in good repair. It is not a secured storage nor do we accept any responsibility for theft or damage.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?
    We are pet lovers; however, there are no outdoor pets allowed. All pets must primarily live inside of your home. When outside of the home all pets must be on a leash. We accept cats, and small to medium sized dogs. We do not accept any aggressive breed of dogs, farm animals, or exotic animals. If your dog is a little larger than medium sized and not an aggressive breed, the manager will meet with your dog and on a case by case basis and make a decision if the dog will be accepted. All pets must be approved first by management. We limit the number of pets to two.

  • WHAT ABOUT CHILDREN?
    We are an all-age park. The park does not provide any supervision for children. All adults are expected to be responsible for making sure their children follow park rules and regulations.

  • IS THIS PARK QUIET?
    The park rules are enforced, quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and at no time can anyone disturb the peace and quiet enjoyment of others. Our park does not allow the usage of generators or the repair of any vehicle(s) at any time.

  • WHAT ARE OTHER PARK RULES?
    We have developed a comprehensive list of rules and regulations designed so that everyone in the park may enjoy their time with us. The park manager would be happy to provide anyone inquiring a copy of the rules and regulations.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT NEW MOBILE HOMES COMING IN?
    If you have plans to move-in a new mobile home, we would be happy to have you. Please contact the park manager to check for availability and requirements.

  • HOW DO I GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK?
    Once processed, the refund will be mailed to your forwarding address from our main office. REMEMBER: On a month-to-month rental agreement, with not less than 30-day notice, you are required to notify us in writing that you are moving out. Include your forwarding address in the written notice. All charges on your account must be paid otherwise deductions to your deposit will be made.
